Introduction
Hua Xia Education Foundation is a California-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful, low-screen learning experiences for youth.
We believe students learn best when they have opportunities to communicate, collaborate, explore culture, solve problems, and build relationships with teachers and peers. Our programs combine academic support with culturally sustaining instruction that recognizes the strengths students bring from their families, languages, identities, and communities.
Our Mission
To promote less screen-based learning and provide small-group coaching, tutoring, language education, cultural learning, and individualized academic support for youth.
Programs
Students develop Chinese language skills through conversation, reading, writing, cultural activities, stories, games, and collaborative learning.
Students explore Chinese traditions, history, literature, art, celebrations, and contemporary culture through age-appropriate activities.
Individual and small-group tutoring supports secondary students with mathematics concepts, homework, problem-solving, and academic confidence.
Explore Our AMC 8 & AMC 10 Prep Club
Students strengthen mathematical reasoning and prepare for AMC 8 and AMC 10 competitions through challenging problems, collaborative discussion, and strategic problem-solving.
